【摘要】目的评价下肢人工血管动静脉内瘘(arteriovenous grafts,AVG)的远期通畅情况。方法回顾性分析重庆医科大学附属第一医院金山血液透析通路中心2015 年1 月1 日~2017 年10 月1 日新建AVG 患者临床资料。结果成功随访19 例,6 月、12 月、24 月的初级通畅率分别为79%、63%、31%,辅助初级通畅率分别为100%、95%、69%,次级通畅率为100%、100%、100%。影响通畅的事件包括:狭窄、血栓、假性动脉瘤。结论下肢AVG通畅率较低,但仍可作为上肢血管资源耗竭患者的血液透析通路。
