中心静脉阻塞(central venous obstruction,CVO)是血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)患者常见的并发症之一,CVO可导致颅内静脉压升高、脑脊液回流和吸收受阻引起颅内高压(intracranial hypertension,IH)。了解CVO相关IH的发病机制、临床表现等有助于及时诊断并处理狭窄的中心静脉,从而使患者获得良好的神经和视觉预后。
