汽油醚化装置催化剂失活原因分析与对策

Cause analysis and countermeasures of catalyst deactivation in gasoline etherification unit

摘要: 通过分析中国石油兰州石化分公司500 kt/a汽油醚化装置更换催化剂后的运行状况,发现随着使用时间的延长,催化剂的活性不断降低,影响了装置的生产效率和经济效益。为了提高催化剂的使用效率,重点对导致催化剂失活的各方面因素进行了分析,并对针对影响因素采取的措施和效果进行了探讨,得出以下结论:醚化反应前对原料采取预处理措施,除掉或降低二烯烃和碱性氮化物的含量以延长催化剂使用周期;严格控制醇/烯比,防止甲醇超量破坏催化剂性质;反应温度在40~70 ℃之间有利于延长催化剂的使用周期。

Abstract: After the catalyst in the 500,000 TPY gasoline etherification unit of PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company was replaced, it was found that the catalyst activity decreased with the extension of service time, which affected the production efficiency and economic benefits of the unit. In order to improve the use efficiency of the catalyst, various factors leading to catalyst deactivation were analyzed, and the corresponding measures and effects were discussed. It showed that pretreatment measures should be taken before etherification to remove or reduce the content of dienes and basic nitrides, so as to prolong the service life of the catalyst. The ratio of methanol to olefin should be strictly controlled to prevent the catalyst properties from being destroyed by excessive methanol. The reaction temperature between 40 ℃ and 70 ℃ was beneficial to prolong the service life of the catalyst.
