大型常减压装置减压转油线管道设计

Design of vacuum transfer line for large atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit

摘要: 结合某10 Mt/a常减压装置,对减压转油线主要设备布置、管道材质、应力分析、支吊架设计等方面的基本要点和注意事项进行了总结。根据转油线内介质设计条件,高速段小直径管道采用316L不锈钢钢管,高速段大直径管道及低速段管道采用碳钢和316L不锈钢复合钢管。结合转油线两相流介质易振动的特点及工艺介质压力降尽量小的要求,选取合理的管道布置方案和有效的支架防振设计是转油线设计的关键。该装置将减压塔与减压炉和转油线置于同一轴线上,转油线的低速段成直线布置,高速段在低速段两侧对称布置;在位移较大的部位设置弹簧支架、限位支架、减振阻尼器,采取弹簧支架偏置安装等措施,有效防止了管道的振动,确保装置长期、安全、平稳运行。

Abstract: Combined with a 10 MM TPY atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, this paper summarizes the basic points and precautions of the main equipment layout, pipeline material, stress analysis, support and hanger design of vacuum transfer line. According to the medium design conditions in the transfer line, 316L stainless steel pipes are used for small diameter pipeline of high-speed section, and carbon steel and 316L stainless steel composite pipes are used for low-speed section pipeline and large diameter pipeline of high-speed section. According to the characteristics of easy vibration of two-phase flow medium and the requirement of minimum pressure drop of process medium, the key of transfer line design is to select reasonable pipeline layout and effective support anti-vibration design. The vacuum tower, the vacuum furnace and the transfer line are placed on the same axis in this unit. The low-speed section of the transfer line is arranged in a straight line, and the high-speed section is arranged symmetrically on both sides of the low-speed section. The spring support, limit support, damping damper, support offset installation and other measures are adopted at the positions with large displacement to effectively prevent the vibration of the pipeline and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit.
