氢燃料电池用氢气中14种痕量杂质分析技术综述*

Review of the analysis technics for 14 kinds of trace impurities in hydrogen used by hydrogen fuel cell

摘要: 氢燃料电池用氢气纯度、所含杂质的种类及含量对氢燃料电池的放电性能和寿命具有重要影响。详细阐述氢燃料电池用氢气中总硫、氨、总卤化物、甲醛、甲酸、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、总烃、氧、氮、氦、氩、水、颗粒物 14种痕量杂质对燃料电池性能影响,以及离线和在线分析技术的现状、研究进展,配备硫化学发光等检测器的气相色谱技术和傅里叶变换红外光谱技术在多项杂质检测方面的应用,最后对分析技术的发展进行了展望。

Abstract: The purity of hydrogen used in hydrogen fuel cells, the types and the content of trace impurities in hydrogen play an important role in the discharge performance and life of hydrogen fuel cells. The effects of 14 trace impurities, including total sulfur, ammonia, total halides, formaldehyde, formic acid, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, total hydrocarbon, oxygen, nitrogen, helium, argon, water and particulate matter on the performance of fuel cell,the status quo and research progress of offline and online analysis technology, gas chromatography technology equipped with sulfur chemiluminescence detector and FTIR are described in detail. Finally, the development of analytical technology is prospected.
