摘要: 介绍了某公司2.4 Mt/a芳烃联合装置的设计和运行情况。设计过程中,应用了新工艺、新设备,充分考虑了热联合以及大型化装置的经济性、安全性和灵活性。芳烃联合装置包括芳烃抽提装置、歧化装置和对二甲苯装置,芳烃抽提装置采用ED Sulfolane工艺;歧化装置采用Tatoray工艺和TA-32催化剂;对二甲苯装置采用  LD Parex 工艺和ADS-50吸附剂及甲苯解吸剂,异构化单元采用Isomar工艺及I-500乙苯脱烷基型催化剂。先进的工艺和催化剂、新设备以及热联合等的应用,使该装置对二甲苯的收率和能耗均达到国际先进水平,每吨对二甲苯的设计能耗低至6 981 MJ,装置占地面积仅为991.8 dam2。同时,对投产中出现的芳烃溴指数高、管线振动等问题进行了分析。

Abstract: The engineering design and operation of a 2.4 MM TPY aromatics complex in a company are introduced. New processes and equipment are applied. The economy, safety and flexibility of heat integration and large scale are fully considered. ED Sulfolane process is used for aromatics extraction. The disproportionation unit adopts Tatoray process and TA-32 catalyst. LD Parex process, ADS-50 adsorbent and toluene desorbent are used in the p-xylene unit. Isomar process and I-500 ethylbenzene dealkylation catalyst are used for isomerization. The application of advanced process, catalyst, new equipment and thermal combination makes the yield and energy consumption of p-xylene of the unit reach the international advanced level. The design energy consumption of p-xylene is as low as 6 981 MJ/t, and the area of the unit is only 99 180 m2. The problems such as high bromine index of aromatics and pipeline vibration in production are analyzed.
