乙苯负压绝热脱氢制苯乙烯技术的工业应用

Industrial application of negative pressure adiabatic dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene to styrene

摘要: 国内某公司采用两级乙苯负压绝热脱氢制苯乙烯技术,新建1套1.2 Mt/a苯乙烯装置。该技术采用脱氢液分馏精制一次脱轻组分流程、苯乙烯两次加热的四塔流程、粗苯乙烯塔和精苯乙烯塔高真空低釜温的精馏工艺。产品具有乙苯、二甲苯等杂质含量低、催化剂选择性高、苯乙烯的聚合损失低等优点。装置以乙苯为原料,催化剂采用中国石化催化剂有限公司上海分公司的GS-12催化剂,产品中苯乙烯纯度99.92%,二甲苯质量分数为0.049%。在装置满负荷标定期间,水蒸气/乙苯比值为1.34(质量比)的条件下,乙苯单程总转化率为66.06%,苯乙烯总选择性为97.88%,苯乙烯单收64.66%,该工艺经济技术指标较好,GS-12乙苯脱氢催化剂满足技术协议的考核指标要求。

Abstract: A domestic company newly built a 1.2 MM TPY styrene unit, which adopts two-stage ethylbenzene negative pressure adiabatic dehydrogenation to styrene technology. The technology adopts the process of one-time light component removal by dehydrogenation liquid fractionation and refining, the four tower process of twice heating styrene, and the distillation process of high vacuum and low kettle temperature of crude styrene tower and refined styrene tower. The product has the advantages of low content of impurities such as ethylbenzene and xylene, high catalyst selectivity and low polymerization loss of styrene. The unit uses ethylbenzene as feedstock and GS-12 catalyst manufactured by SINOPEC Catalyst Co.,Ltd. Shanghai Division. The purity of styrene in the product is 99.92% and the content of xylene is 0.049%. During the full load calibration of the unit, when the ratio of water vapor to ethylbenzene is 1.34, the one-way total conversion of ethylbenzene is 66.06%, the total selectivity of styrene is 97.88%, and the single charge of styrene is 64.66%. The economic and technical indexes of the process are good, and GS-12 ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst meets the assessment index requirements of the technical agreement.
