LS系列催化剂在湛江东兴硫磺回收装置工业应用总结

摘要: 介绍了LS系列催化剂在中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司20 kt/a硫磺回收装置上的工业应用情况。2021年3月进行了工业标定,标定期间硫磺回收装置整体运行良好。标定结果表明:在100%运行负荷下,装置各项操作参数均处于技术指标范围内;吸收塔顶净化气中H2S和COS质量浓度均小于20 mg/m3;LS系列催化剂活性高,级配合理,克劳斯单元单程总硫转化率均大于97%,总硫回收率达99.99%;所得液体硫磺产品各项指标均满足GB/T 2449.2—2015《工业硫磺 第2部分:液体产品》中优等品的指标要求;碱洗前烟气中SO2排放浓度均低于50 mg/m3,碱洗后烟气中SO2排放浓度小于10 mg/m3,均满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》大气污染物特别排放限值的要求。

Abstract: The industrial application of LS series catalysts in 20,000 TPY sulphur recovery unit of SINOPEC Zhanjiang Dongxing Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. The industrial calibration was carried out in March 2021. During the calibration period, the sulphur recovery unit operated well. Under 100% operating load, all operating parameters of the unit were within the range of technical indexes. The mass concentrations of H2S and COS in the purified gas at the top of the absorption tower were both less than 20 mg/m3. LS series catalysts had high activity and reasonable grading. The one-way total sulphur conversion rate of Claus unit was greater than 97%, and the total sulphur recovery rate was 99.99%. The obtained liquid sulphur products met the requirements of superior products in GB/T 2449.2—2015 Sulphur for industrial use—Part 2: Liquid product. The SO2 emission concentration of flue gas was less than 50 mg/m3 before alkaline washing, and less than 10 mg/m3 after alkaline washing, which all met the requirements of special limitation for air pollutant in GB 31570—2015 Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry.
