新型FCC抗钒催化剂在茂名分公司的工业应用

Industrial application of new FCC anti-vanadium catalyst in SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company

摘要: 介绍了新型催化剂富氧再生装置抗钒催化剂CGP-C(V)在中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司的工业应用情况。该系列催化剂采用新开发的催化剂表面涂覆制备技术,可用于富氧再生条件催化裂化装置。CGP-C(V)按照装置正常消耗进行系统催化剂置换,其补充量在3.7 t/d左右,单耗约1.4 kg/t新鲜原料。催化剂评价结果表明:使用新催化剂后,当平衡剂镍和钒的质量分数均在7 000 μg/g左右时,平衡剂平均活性增加4.8单位,平衡剂比表面积增加19 m2/g,说明催化剂具有较好的抗钒性能和优良的活性稳定性。

Abstract: The industrial application of new FCC anti-vanadium catalyst CGP-C(V) in SINOPEC Maoming Petrochemical Company is introduced. New FCC anti-vanadium catalyst is developed by means of the newly developed catalyst particles surface coating technology, which can be used in FCC unit under oxygen enriched regeneration conditions. The catalyst is replaced according to the normal consumption of the unit, the supplement amount of CGP-C(V) is about 3.7 t/d, and the unit consumption of each ton of fresh feedstock is about 1.4 kg/t. After using the new catalyst, when the mass fractions of nickel and vanadium of equilibrium catalyst are both about 7 000 μg/g, the average activity of the equilibrium catalyst increases by 4.8 units, and the specific surface area of the equilibrium catalyst increases by 19 m2/g, which shows that the catalyst has better tolerance of vanadium and excellent activity stability.
