摘要: 加氢站内氢气具有高压、易燃、易爆特性,一旦发生火灾或爆炸事故,将会带来巨大的经济损失甚至人员伤亡,因此,必须高度重视加氢站本质安全设计工作。针对加氢站工程设计中的安全要点,从加氢站的选址、总平面布置、设备安全设计、安全辅助系统、建筑设施及消防等各环节进行全方位分析,旨在全面提升加氢站的安全水平。结合国内加氢站技术发展现状,提出了加氢站安全设计、安全管控方面的建议。文中的分析结果可为加氢站的工程设计、建设、标准制定和安全运营提供参考。

Abstract: The hydrogen in the hydrogen refueling station is of high-pressure, and is flammable and explosive. Once fire or explosion accident occurs, it will bring huge economic losses and even create casualties. Therefore, great attention must be paid to the intrinsic safety design of the hydrogen refueling stations. In view of the safety points in the engineering design of hydrogen refueling stations, this paper conducts comprehensive analyses on the site selection, general layout, equipment design, safety auxiliary systems, building facilities and fire protection of the hydrogen refueling station, aiming at improving the safety of hydrogen refueling station comprehensively. Combined with the current development status of domestic hydrogen refueling station technology, reasonable suggestions on the engineering design and safety control of the hydrogen refueling station are put forward. The results provide references for the engineering design, large-scale construction, standard setting and safe operation of hydrogen refueling stations.
