摘要: 能源是保障国民经济得以顺利发展的重要战略性资源,能源发展洁净化、数字化、多元化的大趋势已成为新时代能源领域发展的大趋势,数字孪生技术作为一种具有高效决策、深度分析特点的新兴技术,能够有效地加快石化行业向数字化、智慧化、智能化转型,实现石化企业的提质增效。文章阐述了数字孪生技术的定义、特点与发展历史,总结了数字孪生技术在油气勘探、管道运输、石油炼制等领域的应用案例,同时分析了数字孪生技术在石化行业发展中数据高效处理、模型精准建模与信号稳定传输的瓶颈与挑战。

Abstract: Energy is an important strategic resource to ensure the smooth development of the national economy. The general trend of clean, digital and diversified energy development has become the development trend of the energy field in the new era. As an emerging technology with the characteristics of efficient decision-making and in-depth analysis, digital twin technology can effectively accelerate the transformation of the petrochemical industry to digitization and intelligence, improving the quality and efficiency of petrochemical enterprises. This article explains the definition, characteristics and development history of digital twin technology, summarizes the application cases of digital twin technology in oil and gas exploration, pipeline transportation, petroleum refining and other fields. The bottlenecks and challenges of efficient data processing, accurate model modeling and stable signal transmission in the development of digital twin technology in petrochemical industry are analyzed. The integrated development of digital twin technology and petrochemical industry can effectively accelerate the process of digitization and intelligence, and accelerate the realization of the sustainable development goal of increasing quality and efficiency, safe and stable operation of enterprises.
