FF-34新型蜡油加氢处理催化剂的开发及工业应用

Development and industrial application of FF-34 new wax oil hydrotreating catalyst

摘要: 为适应蜡油原料重质化、劣质化发展趋势,延长装置运转周期,采用具有粒子尺寸大且粒径分布集中、相对结晶度高的特种氧化铝载体材料及Ⅱ类活性相调节技术,开发了具有较大孔径和孔体积、更高抗金属和容金属能力的FF-34蜡油加氢处理催化剂。工业应用结果表明:在入口压力10.0 MPa、体积空速高达1.00 h-1、氢油体积比558、入口反应温度仅334 ℃条件下,精制蜡油硫质量分数约3 000 μg/g,氮质量分数为1 321 μg/g,化学氢耗为0.73%,说明了FF-34催化剂具有良好的加氢脱硫和加氢脱氮性能。

Abstract: In order to adapt to the development trend of heavy and low quality wax oil feedstock and extend the operation period of the unit, Sinopec Dalian Research Insititute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals has developed FF-34 wax oil hydrotreating catalyst using special alumina carrier materials with large particle size, concentrated particle size distribution and high relative crystallinity as carrier material. FF-34 wax oil hydrotreating catalyst with larger pore size and pore volume and higher metal resistance and metal holding capacity is developed by using oil type Ⅱ active phase regulation technology. The commercial application of FF-34 catalyst in the 2.2 Mt/a wax oil hydrogenation unit of Sinopec Luoyang Company shows that under the conditions of inlet pressure of 10.0 MPa, space velocity of 1.00 h-1, hydrogen oil volume ratio of 558, inlet reaction temperature of 334 ℃, the sulfur content of refined wax oil is 3 000 μg/g, the nitrogen content is 1 321 μg/g, and the chemical hydrogen consumption is 0.73%. The results show that FF-34 catalyst has good hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation performance which is a suitable catalyst for refinery to process inferior wax oil at low hydrogen consumption.
