柴油加氢精制装置升级改造运行总结

摘要:

介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司柴油加氢精制装置实施国Ⅵ柴油质量升级改造情况。2021年,为达到国Ⅵ柴油质量升级、降低柴汽比等要求,在原反应器后串联第二反应器,优化催化剂级配。经升级改造后,装置柴汽比由上周期的18.2大幅度降至本周期的6.8,石脑油收率达到12.3%,其中芳烃和环烷烃的质量分数之和超过55%,是较为理想的重整原料;柴油各指标均优于国Ⅵ车用柴油标准,性质较上周期明显提升。标定期间的能耗优于设计能耗值和上周期满负荷标定期间的能耗值,总能耗由上周期的278.3 MJ/t降至248.3 MJ/t。本次装置成功改造,大大助力了炼油厂的结构转型发展,为企业创造了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the implementation of Guo Ⅵ diesel quality upgrading and transformation in the diesel hydrofining unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company. In 2021, in order to complete the requirements of upgrading the quality of Guo Ⅵ diesel and reducing the ratio of diesel to gasoline, the second reactor was connected after the original reactor, and catalyst gradation was optimized. After upgrading, the ratio of diesel to gasoline greatly reduced from 18.2 to 6.8, and the naphtha yield reached 12.3%, in which the content of aromatics and cycloalkanes exceeded 55%, which was an ideal reforming feedstock. All indicators of diesel were better than Guo Ⅵ vehicle diesel standards, and the properties were significantly improved compared with the last cycle. The energy consumption during the calibration period was better than the design value and the value during full load calibration period of the last cycle, and the total energy consumption decreased from 278.0 MJ/t to 248.3 MJ/t. The successful upgrading of the unit greatly contributed to the structural transformation and development of the refinery, and created significant economic benefits for the enterprise.
