丁苯橡胶装置胶粒水管道开裂原因分析及防护

Cause analysis and protection of colloidal particles water pipeline cracking in SBR (styrene butadiene rubber) unit

摘要:

采用宏观检查、光谱分析、金相分析、能谱分析等方法对胶粒水管道的开裂进行了检测分析,结果表明裂纹起源于管道内表面,并呈树枝状扩展,具有典型的应力腐蚀开裂特征。从助剂、溶解氧、焊接接头等影响因素分析胶粒水管道的开裂原因,发现其为氯化物应力腐蚀开裂,而金属组织耐蚀能力差、焊接残余应力大、腐蚀介质易积聚等特点则是导致氯化物应力腐蚀开裂出现在胶粒水管道焊接接头部位的主要原因。胶粒水管道材质升级为316L不锈钢后,有效延长了胶粒水管道的开裂时间,缓解了管道的频繁泄漏。

Abstract:

The corrosion situation is analyzed on the colloidal particles water pipeline by means of macroscopic examination, spectral analysis, metallographic analysis, energy spectrum analysis and other analysis method. The results show that the crack originates in the pipeline internal surface, extends like arborization, and possesses the typical characteristics of stress corrosion cracking. The corrosion causes are analyzed on the colloidal particles water pipeline from the influence factors of auxiliaries, dissolved oxygen, welding joints and so on. The results show that it is chloride stress corrosion cracking. The poor metal corrosion resistant capacity, large welding residual stress, corrosive medium accumulate are main reasons for chloride stress corrosion cracking at the welding joint of colloidal particles water pipeline. After upgrading the material of colloidal particles water pipeline to 316 L stainless steel, the cracking time of colloidal particles water pipeline is effectively prolonged, and the frequent corrosion leakage of pipeline is alleviated.
