复配溶剂对催化裂化油浆抽提分离过程的影响

Influence of compound solvent on FCC slurry extraction and separation process

摘要: 以大庆催化裂化油浆为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与反抽提剂复配作为抽提溶剂,研究了复配比对催化裂化油浆抽提效果的影响。结果表明:当溶剂复配比增加,抽出油的收率增加,芳烃含量先增加后降低,芳烃的分配系数α和分离系数β均先增加后降低,说明合适的溶剂复配比有利于催化裂化油浆的抽提分离,溶剂复配比为2.3左右时,达到较优的抽提效果。

Abstract: The influence of solvent formulation on FCC slurry extraction result are studied with Daqing FCC slurry as feedstock and extraction solvent preparing by N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF) and anti-extractant. The results show that the extracted oil yield increases, the aromatics content increases at first and then decreases, the distribution coefficient α and separation coefficient β of aromatics increase at first and then decrease with the increase of DMF content in solvent. It is beneficial to the extraction of FCC slurry with the appropriate solvent formulation. The extracted result is satisfactory when the DMF and anti-extractant is in ratio of 2∶3.
