喷气燃料加氢精制腐蚀问题分析

摘要:

单质硫、硫化氢、低分子硫醇都能使金属发生腐蚀,一般情况下低于产品标准的少量硫醇不会导致喷气燃料腐蚀超标,影响喷气燃料腐蚀性的关键因素是单质硫和硫化氢。单质硫造成喷气燃料腐蚀的事例多发生在油品储运系统,源于单质硫与硫醇的协同作用。对于喷气燃料加氢精制装置,解决腐蚀问题的关键是彻底脱除硫化氢。在喷气燃料原料中适量掺兑直馏汽油,增加原料中轻组分的含量,将分馏塔由全回流操作改为部分回流+外甩粗汽油,能够显著提高硫化氢汽提效果,有利于提高分馏塔的操作弹性,改进喷气燃料质量控制。

Abstract:

Elemental sulfur, hydrogen sulfide, and low molecular mercaptan can all cause metal corrosion. Generally, a small amount of mercaptan below the product standard will not lead to excessive corrosion of jet fuel. The key factors affecting the corrosivity of jet fuel are elemental sulfur and hydrogen sulfide. Jet fuel corrosion caused by elemental sulfur mostly occurs in the oil storage and transportation system, due to the synergistic effect of elemental sulfur and mercaptan. For jet fuel hydrorefining unit, the key to solve the corrosion problem is to completely remove hydrogen sulfide. Blend a proper amount of straight-run gasoline in jet fuel feedstock, increase the content of light components in the feedstock, and change the fractionator from full reflux operation to partial reflux+external rejection of crude gasoline, which can significantly improve the stripping effect of hydrogen sulfide, increase the operating flexibility of the fractionator, and improve the quality control of jet fuel.
