SINOALKY硫酸烷基化装置首次试车过程若干问题分析与思考

简要介绍了中国石化自主开发的SINOALKY硫酸烷基化装置的特点及试车主要步骤,对近几年建设投产的3套采用SINOALKY技术的硫酸烷基化装置首次试车过程出现的异丁烷损失量大、冷剂泵易抽空、管线振动大、屏蔽泵故障多发等典型问题进行了总结,对问题原因进行了分析并提出了应对措施。针对装置工艺及设备特点,结合3套SINOALKY硫酸烷基化装置及其他同类装置首次开车情况,分析了引入硫酸前进行低温脱水的重要性,总结了保证脱水效果的具体措施。同时,总结了试车过程易发生硫酸、烃油泄漏的部位及时间点,并提出了应对措施。

Abstract:

It briefly introduces the characteristics and main commissioning steps of SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation unit independently developed by SINOPEC. The typical problems such as high isobutane loss, evacuation of refrigerant pump, high vibration of pipe and frequent failure of shield pump during the first commissioning of three sets of SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation units constructed and put into operation in recent years are summarized, and the causes of the problems are analyzed and countermeasures are proposed. According to the process and equipment characteristics of the unit, combined with the first start-up of three SINOALKY sulfuric acid alkylation units and other similar units, the importance of low-temperature dehydration before the introduction of sulfuric acid is analyzed, and the specific measures to ensure the dehydration effect are summarized; this paper summarizes the locations and time points of sulfuric acid and hydrocarbon leakage during commissioning, and puts forward countermeasures, which can provide reference for the future design, construction, safe commissioning and operation of domestic sulfuric acid alkylation unit.
