连续重整装置CycleMax再生器温度异常分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasures for abnormal temperature of CycleMax regenerator in continuous reforming unit

摘要:

针对连续重整装置CycleMax再生器烧焦床层上部对称测温点温差大的现象,对再生器烧焦床层温度、分离料斗料腿温度、粉尘卸出情况等进行了分析,发现:部分料腿堵塞、粉尘增多。由此得出:再生器烧焦床层温度异常源于分离料斗料腿的堵塞与再生器内网的局部堵塞。采用将再生白烧改为黑烧、敲击料腿以对堵塞料腿进行疏通、调节淘析气量、增加粉尘收集器反吹频次和粉尘卸出频次等措施,加大了催化剂粉尘的脱除,缓解了再生器烧焦床层对称测温点温差大的问题。建议加强对分离料斗料腿的伴热保温、控制重整进料终馏点与再生器烧焦参数、择机停工对分离料斗堵塞料腿进行疏通、清理再生器堵塞内网。

Abstract:

In view of the phenomenon of large temperature difference between the symmetrical temperature measurement points in the upper part of the coke burning bed of CycleMax regenerator in the continuous reforming unit, the temperature of coke burning bed of the regenerator, the temperature of the diplegs of the disengaging hopper, and the discharge situation of dust are analyzed. It is found that some diplegs are blocked and the dust increases. It is inferred that the abnormal temperature of the coke burning bed of the regenerator is due to the blockage of the disengaging hopper diplegs and the local blockage of the regenerator internal screen. Measures such as changing the regeneration white burning to black burning, knocking the diplegs to unblock the blocked diplegs, adjusting the elutriation gas volume, and increasing the frequency of blow back and dust unloading of the dust collector have been taken to increase the removal of catalyst dust and alleviate the problem. It is recommended to strengthen the heat tracing and insulation of the diplegs of the disengaging hopper, control the final boiling point of the reforming feedstock and the coke burning parameters of the regenerator, choose timing to shut down and unblock the blocked diplegs of the disengaging hopper, and clean the blocked internal screen of the regenerator.
