液体硫磺密闭定量自动装车技术应用总结

Summary of application of closed quantitative automatic loading technology for liquid sulfur

摘要:

针对传统液体硫磺装车存在计量不准和含硫废气外溢污染环境的问题,中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司对液体硫磺装车系统进行技术改造,采用“定量+密闭+回收”装车工艺,在液硫储罐底设置质量流量计和切断阀组成定量装车控制联锁系统,具备了定量装车功能,装车效率提高,装车量的偏差降低约0.3%;液硫储罐顶部设置的罗茨风机使液硫储罐和槽罐压力稳定控制在-0.6~-0.8 kPa,确保液硫装车过程废气不外泄,同时风机能使废气全部密闭送至硫磺回收装置液硫池和加氢反应器内处理;经过改造的槽车口能有效减少空气的吸入量,氧含量较低的废气进入硫磺加氢反应器后对床层温升的影响小于10℃,加氢反应器能够在合理区间运行。另通过液硫储罐与液硫池增加连通线、金属软管增设弹簧状伴热盘管、废气回收流程水平段管线坡度不小于2%等改进措施,确保系统稳定运行。

Abstract:

In response to the problems of inaccurate measurement and environmental pollution caused by the overflow of sulfur containing waste gas in traditional liquid sulfur loading, SINOPEC Jinan Company has carried out technical transformation of the liquid sulfur loading system, adopting the “quantitative+sealed+recycled” loading process. By setting a mass flow meter and shut-off valve at the bottom of the liquid sulfur tank to form a quantitative loading control interlock, the system has a quantitative loading function and improves loading efficiency. The deviation of loading volume is reduced to about 0.3%. The Roots blower installed on the top of the liquid sulfur storage tank stabilizes the pressure of the liquid sulfur storage tank and tank between-0.6 kPa and-0.8 kPa, ensuring that the exhaust gas during the loading process of liquid sulfur does not leak out. At the same time, the blower can hermetically seal all the exhaust gas and send it to the liquid sulfur pool and hydrogenation reactor of the sulfur recovery unit for treatment. The modified tank car mouth effectively reduces the intake of air, and the impact of low oxygen content waste gas entering the sulfur hydrogenation reactor on the bed temperature rise is less than 10 ℃. The hydrogenation reactor can operate within a reasonable range. In addition, improvement measures such as adding connecting lines between the liquid sulfur tank and the liquid sulfur pool, adding spring shaped heat tracing coils to metal hoses, and maintaining laying pipelines in the horizontal section of the waste gas recovery process with a slope of no less than 2% can ensure stable operation of the system.
