炼化企业生产计划优化模型测算应用研究

摘要:

生产计划优化软件适用于流程行业的生产计划业务,主要包括炼油化工、煤化工、天然气化工、精细化工等行业。目前世界范围内市场占有率较高的Aspen PIMS软件功能强大、应用广泛,石化盈科信息技术有限责任公司利用它实现了某石化集团生产企业的业务全覆盖,对该集团模型、一体化模型、单企业模型的建设和测算服务经验丰富。文中针对某企业的主要业务方向,包括原油保本点、对二甲苯(PX)价格敏感性、外购C8流向、出口汽油产量等方面,进行了模型测算,并从中提炼了该企业的盈利能力分析模型,对该企业的经营效益及其石化园区的经济发展决策起到了举足轻重的指导作用。

Abstract:

Production planning optimization software is applied in the production planning business of process industries, mainly including oil refining and chemical industry, coal chemical industry, natural gas chemical industry, fine chemical industry and other industries. As the most popular software around the world, Aspen PIMS software has presently the powerful functions. By applying it, Petro-CyberWorks Information Technology Co., Ltd.(PCITC) realized the full coverage of process in production enterprises of a petrochemical group. PCITC has built-up rich experience in the construction and calculation service of group model, integrated model and single enterprise model. A model calculation was conducted for the main business direction of a certain enterprise, including breakeven point of crude oil processing, sensitivity to para-xylene(PX) price, flow direction of purchased C8, export gasoline production, etc. The profitability analysis model of the enterprise was extracted. It plays an important guiding role in the operation benefit of the enterprise and the economic development decision making of the petrochemical industrial zone.
