基于浅冷油吸收法的C1/C2分离装置标定总结

摘要:

介绍了某公司采用浅冷油吸收法干气回收技术新建的一套0.9 Mt/a C1/C2分离装置情况,并对装置性能标定结果进行了总结。根据不同干气原料的特点,将6股原料干气归类为不饱和干气、饱和干气和富烃干气,并以浅冷油吸收技术为核心,将上述3种类型的炼厂干气回收路线通过系统集成整合后分别得到富乙烯气、富乙烷气、轻烃和氢气等产品,有机衔接了炼油装置和下游化工装置。装置开工后运行稳定,负荷率在89%。装置性能标定结果表明:产品分布达到了指标要求,乙烯、乙烷回收率分别达到了91.91%和98.37%,均高于性能保证值。该装置工艺技术路线的选择和工程设计完全可行,对国内大规模复杂原料C1/C2分离装置具有很好的示范效果。

Abstract:

This article introduces a newly built 0.9 MM TPY C1/C2 separation unit using shallow cold oil absorption dry gas recovery technology in a certain company, and summarizes the performance calibration results of the unit. Based on the characteristics of dry gas, the six feedstocks of dry gas are classified into three types: unsaturated dry gas, saturated dry gas, and hydrocarbon rich dry gas. With shallow cold oil absorption technology as the core, the above three types of refinery dry gas recovery routes are integrated through system integration to obtain products such as rich ethylene gas, rich ethane gas, light hydrocarbons and hydrogen, organically connecting the refining unit and downstream chemical units. The unit operates stably after operation, with a load rate of 89%. The performance calibration results indicate that the product distribution meets the indicator requirements, and the recovery rates of ethylene and ethane reaching 91.91% and 98.37% respectively, both higher than the performance guarantee values. This indicates that the selection of the process technology route and engineering design of the unit are completely feasible, and it has a good demonstration effect on large-scale complex feedstock C1/C2 separation units in China.
