芳烃抽提蒸馏装置抽余油品质优化

Quality optimization of raffinate oil from aromatic extraction distillation unit

中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司炼油结构调整,停运了液-液抽提装置,芳烃抽提生产工艺由液-液抽提变为抽提蒸馏,导致抽余油品质变化,不能满足石油醚生产对原料的要求。为恢复石油醚生产,且在保证抽出油质量的同时提高抽余油的品质,采取了以下优化措施:优化进料,控制预分馏塔塔顶物料重组分含量,降低重芳烃对溶剂选择性的不利影响;提高溶剂回收塔操作温度,降低回流比,以降低循环溶剂芳烃含量;抽提蒸馏塔适当降温操作,抽余油中芳烃含量下降明显,在49 t/h的进料负荷下,再沸蒸汽量减少约2 t/h,苯质量分数由0.10%降至0.01%,甲苯质量分数由0.17%降至0.13%。优化后,抽出油中非芳烃质量分数有所上升,由0.01%升至0.04%,抽余油苯和总芳烃质量分数分别降至0.05%和0.20%以内,既满足了石油醚的生产需要,同时也降低了装置能耗,提高了装置运行的经济性。

Abstract:

The refining structure of SINOPEC Luoyang Company has been adjusted, the liquid-liquid extraction unit has been shut down. The aromatics extraction process was changed from liquid-liquid extraction to extractive distillation, resulting in the quality change of raffinate oil and no longer meeting the requirements of petroleum ether production for feedstocks. In order to resume the production of petroleum ether and improve the quality of the raffinate while ensuring the quality of the extracted oil, the following optimization measures were taken. Optimizing the feed, controlling the heavy fraction content of the top material of the pre fractionator, and reducing the adverse effect of heavy aromatics on solvent selectivity. Increase the operating temperature of solvent recovery tower and reduce the reflux ratio to reduce the aromatic content of circulating solvent. The aromatics content in the raffinate oil decreased significantly when the extraction distillation column was properly cooled. Under the feed load of 49 t/h, the reboiled steam volume decreased by about 2 t/h, the mass fraction of benzene decreased from 0.10% to 0.01%, and the mass fraction of toluene decreased from 0.17% to 0.13%. After optimization, the mass fraction of non aromatic hydrocarbons in the extracted oil increased from 0.01% to 0.04%, and the mass fraction of benzene and total aromatic hydrocarbons in the raffinate oil decreased to less than 0.05% and 0.20% respectively, which not only met the production needs of petroleum ether, but also reduced the energy consumption of the unit and improved the economy of the unit operation.
