光伏发电系统在石油化工企业的应用与探讨

摘要:

介绍了某石油化工企业新建变电所工程的应用案例,对项目中光伏组件安装面积、光伏发电量和减碳排放量的计算以及接网设计等关键性问题进行了研究,并对投资成本回收期进行了分析。研究过程:首先,对屋顶光伏组件有效安装面积进行“阴影”分析,确定光伏组件安装可利用面积;其次,考虑前排光伏组件对后排的阴影遮挡情况,进行光伏组件布置,确定光伏组件安装数量;然后,进行光伏发电量的计算、减碳排放量的计算;最后,根据光伏发电站安装总容量确定接网电压等级,进行接网设计。结果表明:光伏发电系统首年发电量约为10 857 kW·h,首年减碳排放量(以CO2计)为8.48 kg/(m2·a);按照商业电价0.8元/(kW·h)计算,综合考虑运行、维护、设备衰减等因素,该项目约6.5 a实现成本回收。

Abstract:

The application case of a new substation project of a petrochemical enterprise was introduced, and the key issues such as the installation area of photovoltaic modules, the calculation of photovoltaic power generation and carbon emission reduction, and the design of grid connection were studied, and the payback period of investment costs was analyzed. Firstly, the effective installation area of rooftop photovoltaic modules was analyzed to determine the available area of photovoltaic module installation; Secondly, considering the front PV panels to shade the rear row for PV module arrangement, and determining the number of PV modules installed; Then, the calculation of photovoltaic power generation and carbon emission reduction was carried out; Finally, according to the total installed capacity of the photovoltaic power station, the grid connection voltage level was determined and the grid connection design was carried out. The power generation capacity of the photovoltaic power generation system in the first year is about 10 857 kW·h, and the carbon emission reduction in the first year is 8.48 kg/(m2·a)(measured in terms of CO2). According to the average commercial electricity price of 0.8 yuan/(kW·h), taking into account factors such as operation, maintenance, equipment loss and other factors, the cost recovery will be achieved in about 6.5 years.
