催化裂化装置油浆脱固技术应用研究进展

摘要:

介绍了催化裂化油浆的性质特点及脱固处理的必要性,综述了沉降分离、离心分离、电磁分离和过滤分离等几种净化技术的原理、特点和研究进展,分析对比了无机膜过滤、柔性材料过滤、电磁分离等脱固技术的工业化应用成果概况,并从技术先进性、经济性、稳定性等方面对催化裂化油浆脱固技术的发展进行了分析。结果表明:催化裂化油浆无机膜脱固技术应用企业最多,运行时间最长,脱固油浆固含量不大于50μg/g,铝+硅的质量分数稳定在15μg/g以下,净化油浆满足调合重质低硫船用燃料油和生产碳材料的需求。

Abstract:

The properties and characteristics of FCC slurry and the necessity of solid removal treatment were introduced. The principles, characteristics and research progress of several purification technologies, such as sedimentation separation, centrifugal separation, electromagnetic separation and filtration separation were summarized. The industrial application results of inorganic membrane filtration, flexible material filtration and electromagnetic separation were analyzed and compared. The development of FCC slurry solid removal technology was analyzed from the aspects of technology advancement, economy and stability. The results showed that the application of inorganic membrane FCC slurry desolidation technology was the most, the running time was the longest, and the solid content of the slurry was less than 50 μg/g. The mass fraction of Al+Si was less than 15 μg/g, the purified slurry could meet the needs of blending heavy low sulfur marine fuel oil and producing carbon materials.
