烃基生物柴油异构降凝技术开发与工业应用

Development and Industrial Application of Hydrocarbon-based Biodiesel Isomerization-Visbreaking Technology

摘要: 烃基生物柴油是一种绿色清洁的低碳生物燃料,可用于替代传统燃料降低交通领域的碳排放,但较差的低温流动性限制了其应用范围。文中以烃基生物柴油为原料,在固定床装置上进行异构降凝工艺考察实验,通过优化工艺条件开发了适用于烃基生物柴油的异构降凝技术。实验结果表明:在反应压力9.0MPa,反应温度(基准+10)℃,氢油体积比1000的工艺条件下,烃基生物柴油冷滤点可降低到-18℃。该技术于2022年6月实现了工业化应用,生产的产品可同时满足NB/T 10897—2021与EN 15940—2016标准要求,属于优质低凝烃基生物柴油。

Abstract: Hydrocarbon-based biodiesel is a green, clean, and low-carbon biofuel that can be used to replace traditional fuels to reduce carbon emissions in the transportation sector, but its poor low-temperature fluidity limits its application range. In this paper, using hydrocarbon-based biodiesel as feedstock, the process of isomerization-visbreaking is investigated on a fixed bed reactor, and the isomerization-visbreaking technology suitable for hydrocarbon-based biodiesel is developed by optimizing the process conditions. The experimental results show that under the conditions of reaction pressure 9.0 MPa, reaction temperature (reference + 10) °C, and hydrogen-oil volume ratio 1000, the cold filter point of hydrocarbon-based biodiesel can be reduced to -18°C. This technology has been industrialized and applied in June 2022. The produced products can simultaneously meet the requirements of NB/T 10897—2021 and EN 15940—2016 standards, and belong to high-quality low-pouring-point hydrocarbon-based biodiesel.
