不同折流板配置下的管壳式换热器壳侧性能分析

Performance analysis of shell-side in tubular heat exchangers with different baffle arrangements

摘要: 在管壳式换热器中,不同的折流结构会诱导壳程流体产生各异的流态,导致其性能产生差异。研究了弓形板、盘环板、折流杆、整圆板、花隔板、螺旋板6种折流结构配置下的管壳式换热器壳侧的流场分布、温度分布、传热性能和阻力性能。研究发现:折流杆换热器和螺旋板换热器的流场、温度分布最为均匀,这两种折流结构改善了流场分布,克服了流动死区,有利于热量的均匀传递,其中,螺旋板换热器传热性能最强,折流杆换热器阻力性能最优;壳侧流场均匀化能够提高壳侧均温性,同时改善换热器的热工与水力性能。本研究可为热力系统中换热器的应用和选型提供理论参考,为换热器的优化设计指明方向。

Abstract: In tubular heat exchangers, different baffle structures induce different flow patterns of the shell-side fluid, leading to performance differences. This study investigates the flow field distribution, temperature distribution, heat transfer performance, and resistance performance of the shell-side in tubular heat exchangers with six baffle structures: curved baffles, disk baffles, flow deflectors, full circular baffles, segmental baffles, and spiral baffles. The results show that the flow field and temperature distribution of the flow deflector heat exchanger and spiral baffle heat exchanger are the most uniform. These two baffle structures improve the flow field distribution, overcome flow dead zones, and are conducive to uniform heat transfer. Among them, the spiral baffle heat exchanger has the strongest heat transfer performance, and the flow deflector heat exchanger has the optimal resistance performance. The uniformization of the shell-side flow field can improve the temperature uniformity on the shell side and simultaneously improve the thermal and hydraulic performance of the heat exchanger. This study can provide theoretical references for the application and selection of heat exchangers in thermal power systems and clarify the direction for the optimization design of heat exchangers.
