非加氢型酸性水汽提装置异常分析及处理措施

Analysis and treatment measures of abnormality in non-hydrogenated sour water stripping unit

摘要:

介绍了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置的特点及流程。阐述了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置运行的现状及其存在的液位、塔底压力及回流量异常的问题。针对该装置运行异常现象进行分析,采取如下措施:适当降低塔底蒸汽负荷,有利于快速降低塔内汽相负荷,稳定塔底压力;适当降低回流量,有利于降低塔内液相负荷,可以稳定塔底液位;稳定塔顶温度可以稳定回流罐液位。同时,全塔物料平衡是衡量重沸器管束完好与否的重要参考。通过大检修对塔盘污物清理及更换重沸器管束等措施,实现了非加氢型酸性水汽提装置净化水合格率100%的目标。

Abstract:

The characteristics and process of the non-hydrogenated sour water stripping unit are introduced. The current operation status and existing problems such as abnormal liquid level, tower bottom pressure, and reflux flow are elaborated. Analysis of the abnormal operation phenomena of the unit leads to the following measures: appropriately reducing the tower bottom steam load to quickly lower the vapor phase load and stabilize the tower bottom pressure; reducing the reflux flow to lower the liquid phase load and stabilize the tower bottom liquid level; stabilizing the tower top temperature to stabilize the reflux drum liquid level. Meanwhile, the overall material balance of the tower is an important reference for assessing the integrity of the reboiler tube bundle. Through major maintenance, including cleaning the tower trays and replacing the reboiler tube bundle, the goal of achieving a 100%合格 rate of purified water in the non-hydrogenated sour water stripping unit is realized.
