Abstract:

The catalytic cracking reaction performance of catalysts with different particle size distributions was evaluated, and the influence of catalyst particle size distribution on product distribution was investigated. The results show that for catalysts with the same particle size distribution, as the catalyst to oil ratio increases, the increase in dry gas yield is not significant, the trend of the conversion rate first increases significantly and then tends to flatten out, the heavy oil yield gradually decreases, the coke yield gradually increases, and the trend of gasoline yield changes varies. For the catalyst with a median particle size of 43.71 μm, when the catalyst to oil ratio reaches 6, the total liquid yield is the highest and the product distribution is the best. The particle size distribution of the catalyst has a significant impact on the product distribution and fluidization performance of the catalyst. Catalysts with a particle size of 40 μm have poor fluidization performance and need to be taken seriously.
