渣油加氢装置进料带水危害分析及对策

摘要:

某采用两系列进料、两系列反应系统的渣油加氢装置,实际工作中因罐区原料油带水常引起装置进料系统紊乱,严重时可能会导致原料油过滤器滤芯损坏、高压进料泵机械密封损坏、进料泵及原料油加热炉联锁停运、催化剂床层压差升高、原料油过滤后缓冲罐罐顶安全阀起跳。针对渣油加氢原料油带水的情况,提出以下措施:从源头上控制原料渣油含水量;更换原料罐前,进行渣油供料的水和机械杂质含量分析;更换原料罐时应严格监视进料系统,做好紧急准备;发现渣油进料带水,调整进料方式,采取较小流量泵送或附带输送的方式提供进料。

Abstract:

It adopts two trains of feed and two trains of reaction system in a certain residue hydrogenation unit. In practical work, due to the presence of water in the feedstock in the tank area, the feeding system of the unit is often disrupted. It may cause damage to the filter element, damage to the mechanical seal of the high-pressure feed pump, cause interlocking shutdown of the feed pump and feed heating furnace, cause an increase in pressure drop in the catalyst bed, and cause the safety valve on top of the filtered feed surge drum to jump up. And proposes the following solutions to prevent the feed of the residue hydrogenation unit from carrying water. Prevent residual oil from carrying water in the tank area from the source. Strictly monitor the feeding system and make emergency preparations. Before replacing the feed tank in the tank area, analyze the content of water and mechanical impurities in the residual oil feedstock. After replacing the residual oil tank in the tank area, temporarily adjust the feeding method and provide feedstock using a smaller flow pump or accompanying transportation.
