某气液两相流管道振动分析与对策

摘要:

针对某装置胺液管道气液两相流管道振动的具体案例,通过与振动理论相结合的方法,对于振源暂时无法消除的已建项目采用改变振动管道刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵的方法来降低振动影响,对于新建项目则采用改变管道走向的方法降低或消除振源对于管道的影响。综上得出两相流振动管道振动影响程度的判定方法、已发生振动问题管道激振力的计算方法以及降低两相流管道振动的措施和方法,为后续工程提供参考。

Abstract:

For a specific case of vibration in the gas-liquid two-phase flow pipeline of a certain unit's amine liquid pipeline, a method combining vibration theory was used. For existing projects where the vibration source cannot be temporarily eliminated, the method of changing the stiffness matrix and damping matrix of the vibrating pipeline was used to reduce the vibration impact. For new projects, the method of changing the pipeline direction was used to reduce or eliminate the impact of the vibration source on the pipeline. The study obtained the determination method for the degree of influence of two-phase flow pipeline vibration, the calculation method for the excitation force of pipelines with vibration problems, and the measures and methods to reduce two-phase flow pipeline vibration, providing reference for subsequent engineering.
