Real-time optimization technology for catalytic cracking unit based on rigorous mechanism model

摘要:

介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司3.0 Mt/a蜡油催化裂化装置优化项目的开发与实施过程。该项目基于严格机理建模技术,运用ROMeo软件包开发实时优化(RTO)技术系统。经标定测试,投用RTO系统后,稳定汽油收率降低0.15个百分点,柴油收率增加0.60个百分点,液化石油气收率增加0.07个百分点,总轻油收率提高0.52个百分点,估算年经济效益增加近4000万元。结果表明:在先进过程控制系统支持下,该RTO系统能在保障装置安全稳定运行的同时,实现总轻油收率最大化,为企业带来显著经济效益。

Abstract:

The development and implementation process of the 3.0 Mt/a wax oil catalytic cracking unit optimization project of Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was introduced. Based on the rigorous mechanism modeling technology, the ROMeo software package was used to develop the Real-time Optimization (RTO) system. After calibration testing, the use of the RTO system resulted in a 0.15 percentage point decrease in stable gasoline yield, a 0.60 percentage point increase in diesel yield, a 0.07 percentage point increase in LPG yield, and a 0.52 percentage point increase in total light oil yield. It is estimated that the annual economic benefits will increase by nearly 40 million RMB. The results show that, with the support of the advanced process control system, this RTO system can maximize the total light oil yield while ensuring the stable and safe operation of the unit, bringing significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
