Research and application of natural gas pipeline linepack control method

天然气管道管存控制方法研究与应用

Abstract: Combined with the production and operation experience of domestic natural gas pipelines, through software simulation modeling and calculation of linepack, linepack control methods is studied, and a new way of linepack utilization is innovated. The operating area is divided into target control area, orange alert area and red alert area. A two-level emergency early warning systems of red and orange alert for linepack have been established, and the control principles and standards for linepack have been formulated, which are applied to the actual operation of pipeline network. Practical application shows that using the adjustable margin of current linepack and emergency high linepack to peak shaving operate of pipeline network can realize the precise allocation of natural gas resources in peak period of gas consumption in winter. On the premise of increasing transmission capacity, the comprehensive energy consumption of natural gas pipeline network is reduced. During the large-scale abnormal operation of pipelines, the linepack before and after control operation is between the emergency high and low linepack, which ensures the abnormal operation of the pipeline network and ensures that the downstream sales are not affected.

摘要: 结合国内天然气管道生产运行经验,通过软件模拟建模、计算管存,研究管存控制方法,创新了管存利用新途径。将管存划分为目标控制区、橙色预警区和红色预警区3类控制区域,建立了管存的红色预警和橙色预警两级应急预警机制,并制定了管存的控制原则及标准,应用于管网实际运行中。结果表明:利用当前管存与应急高管存的可调余量进行管网运行调峰,可实现冬季用气高峰期天然气资源的精准调配,在提高输量的前提下降低了天然气管网综合能耗,在管道大规模动火非常规作业期间,控制作业前后管存处于应急高、低管存之间,保障了管网正常运行,确保下游销售不受影响。
