摘要: 介绍了液化天然气(LNG)高压外输泵的结构特性。结合某工程实例和相关工程设计标准规范,归纳并阐述了高压外输泵平面布置的要求以及应遵循的基本原则。总结了国内LNG接收站中高压外输泵的两种布置方式,并给出了高压外输泵区典型的平面布置方案。从管道及保冷材料选择、管道柔性设计、管道支架设计3个方面阐述了高压外输泵管道设计要点,并给出了一种安全可靠、整齐简洁的进出口管道布置方案。

Abstract: The structural characteristics of LNG high pressure export pump are introduced. Combined with an engineering example and relevant engineering design standards and specifications, the requirements of high-pressure pump layout and the basic principles to be followed are summarized and elaborated. Two layout modes of high-pressure export pump in domestic LNG terminal are summarized, and the typical plane layout scheme of high-pressure export pump area is given. The design points of high-pressure pump pipeline are elaborated from three aspects: pipeline and cold insulation material selection, pipeline flexibility design and pipeline support design. A safe, reliable, neat and concise arrangement scheme of inlet and outlet pipelines is also given.
