石油化工装置管道泄漏试验问题探讨

摘要: 石油化工装置中的绝大多数工艺管道都需要在管道压力试验合格后进行泄漏试验,检查管道系统静密封点的密封性能。根据国内相关管道施工验收规范,大多数规范要求泄漏试验的空气介质压力按照管道设计值设置,该试验可操作性较差,且存在安全风险,现场难以满足要求。国外标准和GB/T 20801.5—2020推荐采用敏感性泄漏试验,敏感性泄漏试验的试验压力低、风险低、可操作性好、检测灵敏度高,完全可以满足施工验收的要求,解决了以往常规试验无法满足标准、与设计文件要求相矛盾的问题。

Abstract: Most process pipelines in petrochemical plants need to conduct leakage test after the pipeline pressure test is qualified, mainly to check the sealing performance of the static sealing point of the pipeline system. According to relevant domestic pipeline construction and acceptance specifications, most specifications require that air pressure to be used for leakage test shall be set according to the pipeline design pressure. The test has poor operability and safety risks, so it is difficult to meet the requirements on site. Foreign standards and GB/T 20801.5—2020 recommend to use the sensitive leakage test. The sensitive leakage test has the advantages of low pressure, low risk, good operability and high detection sensitivity, which can fully meet the requirements of construction and acceptance, and solve the contradiction between the previous conventional tests and the requirements of design specifications.
