固定床渣油加氢装置长周期运行优化措施及方案

Optimization measures and schemes for long term operation of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit

摘要: 固定床渣油加氢装置长周期运行的影响因素较多,主要包括压力降快速上升、催化剂床层出现热点、高压换热器结垢、催化剂级配与运行周期不匹配等。为满足炼油厂进一步延长渣油加氢装置运行周期的需求,可以采取加强原料管控、采用具有更高容/脱金属能力的催化剂及级配体系、使用高性能内构件,以及应用可轮换上行式保护反应器+固定床组合技术、沸腾床固定床组合技术等措施,实现延长固定床渣油加氢装置的运行周期,提高企业经济效益。

Abstract: There are many factors affecting the long term operation of fixed bed residue hydrotreating unit, including the rapid rise of pressure drop, hot spot in catalyst bed, scaling of high pressure heat exchanger, and mismatch between catalyst gradation and operation cycle,etc. In order to extend the running period of the residue hydrotreating unit, refineries can take measures such as strengthening the control of feedstock, using catalysts grading system with high capacity/deprivation ability of metal, using high performance components, as well as applicating the technology combining rotating upward reactor protection with fixed bed and the technology combining ebullated bed and fixed bed to extend the operation cycle of fixed bed residue hydrogenation unit and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
