S Zorb装置低负荷运行出现的问题及对策

摘要: S Zorb装置在长期低负荷运行中出现进料换热器偏流、反应器底部分配盘泡罩磨损严重、精制汽油产品带水、吸附剂循环故障等问题,不能满足装置在特殊情况下需要长期维持低负荷运行的需求。对S Zorb装置在长期低负荷运行中出现的问题进行了分析,并通过控制氢油比,控制吸附剂硫、碳含量,控制稳定塔汽提效果等措施,使装置能够在65%的低负荷下控制辛烷值损失小于0.5单位,烯烃损失小于1.0%,并维持长期稳定运行。

Abstract: During the long-term low-load operation of S Zorb unit, many problems such as the feed heat exchanger bias flow, serious wear of bubble cap at the bottom plate of the reactor, water entrainment in refined gasoline products, adsorbent circulation failure occurrs, which affect the demand of equipment keeping long-term low-load operation under special circumstance. The problems of S Zorb unit in the long-term low-load operation are analyzed.By controlling hydrogen oil ratio, sulfur and carbon content of adsorbent and stripping effect of stabilizer, the unit can control the octane loss less than 0.5, olefin loss less than 1.0% under 65% low load, and maintain long-term stable operation.
