基于DOE的加氢裂化柴油95%点参数优化

Parameter optimization of 95% distillation temperature of hydrocracking diesel based on DOE

摘要: 依托某公司加氢裂化装置,通过Minitab软件建立拟合回归模型,以柴油95%点(95%回收温度)作为响应值,考察了17个可控的或间接可控的影响因素对柴油产品质量的影响,从中筛选出6个主要效能因子并建立了柴油95%点与主要效能因子间的响应面方程。通过响应优化器确定了柴油95%点为360.5 ℃时的操作条件:柴油热回流量为49.5 t/h,柴油灵敏板温度为329 ℃,喷气燃料抽出温度为228 ℃,喷气燃料塔底温度为223 ℃,喷气燃料返塔温度为200 ℃,喷气燃料中段量为115 t/h,确定了操作参数的优先级及操作水平,实现了操作的科学性。

Abstract: Based on the hydrocracking unit of a company,a fitting regression model is established by Minitab software. The influence of 17 controllable or indirectly controllable influencing factors on the quality of diesel oil products is investigated with 95% distillation temperature (95% point) as the response value. 6 main efficiency factors were selected and the response surface equation between the 95% point and main efficiency factors is established. Through response optimizer, the operating conditions are determined when 95% point is 360.5 ℃: the diesel heat return flow is 49.5 t/h, the diesel sensitive plate temperature is 329 ℃, the jet fuel extraction temperature is 228 ℃, the jet fuel tower bottom temperature is 223 ℃, the jet fuel return tower temperature is 200 ℃, and the jet fuel middle section flow is 115 t/h. The priority and operation level of the operation parameters are determined, and the scientific operation is realized.
