摘要: 结合某LNG接收站管道保冷采用硬质保冷材料和柔性保冷材料的工程设计与施工经验,综合比较了两者的保冷性能差异、结构设计原理和施工特点,为深冷管道保冷材料的工程应用提供设计依据。分析对比表明:柔性保冷材料在结构设计和施工效率上优于硬质保冷材料,且对法兰、阀门等异型件保冷施工、维修更方便;大口径管道保冷层宜选用硬质保冷材料;管道保冷效果的好坏取决于施工人员的施工质量;工程设计人员应对保冷结构的设计、材料性能的第三方认证及施工过程的质量控制和监督等重点关注。

Abstract: Based on the engineering design and construction experience of using hard and flexible cold insulation materials for pipeline cold insulation in a LNG terminal, the differences of their heat insulation performance are comprehensively compared, and the structural design principle and construction characteristics are studied, which provides the design basis for the engineering application of deep cooling pipeline cold insulation materials. Flexible cold insulation materials are superior to hard cold insulation materials in structural design and construction efficiency, and it is more convenient for construction and maintenance of special-shaped parts such as flanges and valves. For large-diameter pipelines, the hard cold insulation materials are more suitable. The effect of cold insulation materials depends on the construction quality. Engineering designers should pay more attention to the design of cold insulation structure, the third-party certification of material performance and the quality control and supervision of construction process.
