制氢转化炉烟气NOx排放控制优化研究

Research on optimization of NOx emission control in hydrogen producing conversion furnace flue gas

摘要: 介绍了工业炉烟气常用脱硝工艺。对某公司制氢装置转化炉选择性脱硝系统在生产运行中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了工艺优化方案以及应对策略。通过优化氨水罐底原料线结构形式、优化SCR烟气脱硝系统氨气分布孔径、优化燃料气系统、增加低压蒸汽吹扫管线、提高氨水品质、提高氨水浓度等一系列措施,有效降低了装置排放的NOx含量,降低了装置生产运行成本。

Abstract: It introduces the common denitrification process of industrial furnace flue gas, and analyzes the problems during the operation of the selective denitrification system of the reformer in a company's hydrogen production unit. Based on the result, the process optimization scheme and countermeasures are put forward. By optimizing the structure of the feedstock line at the bottom of ammonia tank, optimizing the ammonia distribution aperture of SCR Flue gas denitration system, optimizing the fuel gas system, increasing the low-pressure steam purging pipeline, improving the quality of ammonia, increasing the ammonia concentration and a series of measures, the NOx content discharged from the device is effectively reduced, and the production and operation cost of the device is also reduced.
