摘要: 介绍了PCA-OD辛烷值助剂在某800 kt/a蜡油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况。在催化剂、原料性质和关键操作参数变化不大的条件下,分别取空白标定和总结标定数据,对比了PCA-OD辛烷值助剂加注前后的产品分布和产品性质变化情况。结果表明,与空白标定相比,加注PCA-OD辛烷值助剂后,汽油收率虽略有下降,但汽油辛烷值和丙烯收率均有较为明显的上升,为装置带来了可观的经济效益,并且未对装置生产产生不良影响。

Abstract: The industrial application of PCA-OD octane value additive in 800,000 TPY wax oil catalytic cracking units is introduced. Under the condition of little change in catalyst, feedstock properties and key operating parameters, the blank calibration data and summary calibration data were taken respectively to compare the product distribution and product properties before and after the injection of PCA-OD octane number promoter. The results showed that, compared with the blank calibration, the gasoline yield decreased slightly after adding PCA-OD octane number additive, but the gasoline octane number and propylene yield increased significantly, which brought considerable economic benefits to the unit, and had no adverse effect on the production of the unit.
