食品级白油分馏过程模拟与优化

Simulation and optimization of food grade white oil fractionation process

摘要: 采用流程模拟软件构建白油分馏过程稳态模拟模型,并对该工艺进行优化设计。以GB 1886.215—2016《食品安全国家标准 食品添加剂白油(又名液体石蜡)》对1号食品级白油的要求为目标,通过对关键参数的灵敏度分析,得出减压塔压力和汽提蒸汽进料量对产品质量影响较大,并结合响应面分析法寻找最优的操作点。模拟结果表明,当原料进料量为6 220 kg/h时,减压塔塔顶压力为18 kPa(A),汽提蒸汽流量为275 kg/h,白油进料位置在第27块板时,产品在满足品质要求情况下,达到最大产量5 092 kg/h。本模拟优化为工厂实际生产过程中的参数调节提供坚实的理论基础,从而达到指导生产的目的。

Abstract: The process simulation software is used to build a steady-state simulation model of white oil fractionation process, and the process is optimized. Taking GB 1886.215—2016’s requirements for No.1 food grade white oil as the goal, through the sensitivity analysis of key parameters, it is found that the pressure of vacuum tower and the flow rate of stripping steam have great impact on product quality, and the optimal operating conditions are found by the response surface analysis method. When the feed rate of feedstock is 6,220 kg/h, the pressure of vacuum tower top is 18 kPa(A), the flow rate of stripping steam is 275 kg/h, and the feed position of white oil is the 27th plate, the product meets the quality requirements, and the output reaches the maximum of 5,092 kg/h. This simulation optimization provides a theoretical basis for the parameter adjustment in the actual production process.
