CMT催化剂在加工高铁原料下的工业应用

Commercial application of CMT catalyst in processing high iron feedstocks

摘要: 受加工重质、劣质原料油的影响,催化剂重金属污染严重,国内某炼油厂重油催化裂化(FCC)装置原料油铁质量分数高于20 μg/g,平衡剂上铁质量分数高达15 mg/g,催化剂出现严重的铁中毒。催化剂铁中毒不仅影响装置长周期运转,而且会降低重油转化率、恶化产品分布,严重时带来流化问题。为了进一步提高FCC催化剂抗铁污染能力、缓解铁中毒对装置的影响,中国石油化工股份有限公司石油化工科学研究院开发了抗金属催化剂CMT并进行了工业应用,结果表明:与对比剂相比,CMT剂上污染铁质量分数增加2 210 μg/g的情况下,汽油、柴油收率分别增加1.76,1.04百分点,干气、焦炭产率分别降低0.42,1.47百分点,表现出更好的抗铁污染能力和优异的产品选择性。

Abstract: Affected by the processing of heavy and poor quality raw oil, the catalyst is seriously polluted by heavy metals. The heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of a domestic refinery has suffered serious iron poisoning. The iron content of the feedstock is higher than 20 μg/g, and the iron content on the Ecat is as high as 15 mg/g. Catalyst iron poisoning not only affects the long-term operation of the unit, but also reduces the conversion rate of heavy oil, deteriorates product distribution, and influence the fluidization of the catalyst. In  order to improve the anti-iron pollution ability of FCC catalysts and alleviate the impact of iron poisoning on the unit, SINOPEC Research Institute of petroleum Processing developed the anti-iron catalyst CMT and carried out commercial application. The commercial application results showed that Compared with the contrast agent, the mass fraction of contaminated iron on the balance agent increased by 2 210 μg/g, the yields of gasoline and diesel increased by 1.76 percentage points and 1.04 percentage points respectively, and the yields of dry gas and coke decreased by 0.42 percentage points and 1.47 percentage points respectively. It shows better resistance to iron poisoning and excellent product selectivity.
