摘要:
针对螺杆式压缩机进出口管道柔性设计开展研究,对比了API 619不同版本标准下的压缩机管口受力要求,给出了使用API 619标准第四版以上版本的建议;探讨了现行项目中机器/管道工作界面划分方法并作出相应解释。以某苯乙烯装置尾气压缩机进出口管道为例,分析了管道布置、支架设置对管系柔性的影响,通过方案优化可使管口受力数值下降50%以上。针对排气管道,考虑压缩机出口至消音器部分管道的柔性,压缩机出口受力通过校核。最后对螺杆式压缩机进出口管系布置提出建议。

Abstract:
The flexible design of inlet and outlet pipelines of screw compressor is studied. The stress requirements of the compressor nozzle under different editions of API 619 standard are compared in detail, and the suggestion for using the fourth edition and above of API 619 standard are given. The division methods of machine/pipeline work interface in the current project are discussed and explained accordingly. Taking the inlet and outlet pipeline of tail gas compressor of a styrene unit as an example. The influence of pipeline layout and support setting on the flexibility of the pipeline is analyzed. Through the scheme optimization, the stress at the pipe outlet can be reduced by more than 50%. For the exhaust pipeline, the flexibility of the pipeline from the compressor outlet to the silencer is considered, and the stress at the compressor outlet passes the check. Finally, some suggestions on the piping layout of inlet and outlet pipelines of screw compressor are put forward.
