加氢裂化技术助力石化产业炼化一体化

摘要: 分析了国内的能源环境新形势与石化行业的政策要求并介绍了国内炼化一体化的发展进程。通过对最大量生产催化重整原料加氢裂化技术、多产优质化工原料加氢裂化技术、烃类分子结构导向转化多产化工原料加氢裂化技术的讨论分析,阐述了加氢裂化技术对于炼化一体化总流程的支撑作用,因其原料来源广泛、产品分布调整灵活以及产物性质优异,成为炼油企业炼化一体化总流程中最为重要的关键环节。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the new situation of domestic energy and environment and the policy requirements of petrochemical industry, and introduces the development process of domestic refining petrochemical integration. Through the discussion and analysis of the hydrocracking technology for maximum producing catalytic reforming feedstock, the hydrocracking technology for producing more high quality chemical feedstock, and the hydrocracking technology for producing more chemical feedstock by hydrocarbon molecular structure oriented conversion, the supporting role of hydrocracking technology for the overall process of refining petrochemical integration is expounded. Because of its wide source of feedstock, flexible adjustment of product distribution and excellent product properties, it has become the most important key link in the overall refining petrochemical integration process of oil refining enterprises.
