天然气深度脱硫技术开发与工艺应用总结

摘要: 针对中石化广元天然气净化有限公司(元坝净化厂)天然气组分和装置特点,为深度脱除有机硫,创新配套开发了LS-05催化剂。110 ℃下,LS-05催化剂水解活性明显优于国外同类催化剂,有机硫水解率高于99%,综合性能达到国外同类催化剂水平。净化后天然气中羰基硫(COS)质量浓度低于0.5 mg/m3,总硫远低于GB 17820—2018《天然气》一类气技术指标。催化剂在元坝气田天然气净化厂应用后,成功解决了企业天然气气质提升问题,实现了外供天然气总硫稳定控制。

Abstract: According to the characteristics of natural gas components, LS-05 catalyst was developed for deep removal of organic sulfur in Yuanba purification plant. At 110 ℃, the hydrolysis activity of LS-05 catalyst is obviously better than that of similar foreign catalysts, the hydrolysis rate of organic sulfur is more than 99%, and the comprehensive performance reaches the level of similar foreign catalysts. The content of carbonyl sulfur (COS) in the purified natural gas is less than 0.5 mg/m3, and the total sulfur content is far lower than the Class Ⅰ technical index of the standard GB 17820—2018 Natural Gas. After the application of the catalyst in the natural gas purification plant of Yuanba gas field, the problem of improving the natural gas quality of the enterprise has been successfully solved, and the stable control of the total sulfur of externally supplied natural gas has been realized.
