两套CYCLEMAXⅢ连续重整再生装置对比分析

摘要: 通过对国内两套采用第三代连续重整再生技术(CYCLEMAX Ⅲ)的连续重整装置进行对比分析,研究了CYCLEMAX Ⅲ在两套装置上的应用情况。从两套装置的概况与工艺流程入手,分析了还原区操作优化、预热区升温模式优化、闭锁料斗形式改进及再生器内构件升级等技术改进的优势。研究发现,采用CYCLEMAX Ⅲ升级后的重整再生装置具有更低的框架高度和更低的投资,其控制方式更加先进合理,操作的稳定性更好,后续检修与维护更方便。同时受益于电加热模式与再生器内构件的升级改进,新建再生装置生产每吨重整进料的折算能耗由 2.03 kg标油/t 降至1.10 kg标油/t,下降幅度为45.8%。最后介绍和分析了两套装置上所体现出的CYCLEMAXⅢ的升级改进情况。

Abstract: Through the comparative analysis of two domestic continuous reforming units using CYCLEMAX Ⅲ technology, the application of CYCLEMAX Ⅲ technology in the two units is studied. Starting from the general situation and process flow of the two sets of units, the advantages of technical improvements such as operation optimization in reduction area, temperature rise mode optimization in preheating area, improvement of lock hopper form and upgrading of internal components of regenerator are analyzed in detail. It is found that the reforming regeneration unit upgraded with CYCLEMAX Ⅲ technology not only has lower frame height and lower investment, but also its control mode and operation stability are more advanced and reasonable, and the subsequent overhaul and maintenance are more convenient. At the same time, benefiting from the upgrading and improvement of the electric heating mode and the internals of the regenerator, the converted energy consumption of per ton reforming feedstock decreases from 2.03 kgEo/t of the old refinery to 1.10 kgEo/t, a decrease of 45.8%. In addition, this paper introduces and analyzes the upgrading and improvement of CYCLEMAX Ⅲ technology embodied in the two sets of units.
