催化裂化沉降器顶旋风分离器直连改造后料腿结焦原因分析

摘要:

催化裂化装置沉降器顶旋风分离器(顶旋)由软连接改直连后,设备结构变化使得汽提油气停留时间和流动轨迹发生变化,装置操作条件波动,降低原料油雾化蒸汽流量等因素导致沉降器顶旋料腿及汽提段结焦。提出了以下改进措施:恢复原设计沉降器顶旋直连改造前的平衡管长度,控制相对较高的汽提蒸汽流量,使汽提油气停留时间少于10 s,同时保证沉降器顶旋翼阀处不结焦,使料腿下料顺畅;避免加工焦化蜡油等含多环芳烃较易发生缩合结焦的原料;原料油雾化蒸汽控制不低于喷嘴设计值,保证喷嘴雾化效果,同时控制再生剂温度不低于680℃,使原料油中高沸点组分遇高温再生剂瞬间气化,提高剂油比使原料雾化液滴与更多的再生剂接触气化发生催化裂化反应,减少热裂化反应生成结焦前身物。

Abstract:

After the settler top cyclone separator is changed from soft connection to direct connection, the changes of equipment structure caused the changes of stripping oil and gas residence time and flow trajectory, the fluctuation of unit operating conditions, the reduction of feed oil atomization steam flow and other factors, resulting in coking in the leg and stripping section of the top cyclone separator of the settler. The following improvement measures are proposed: Restore the length of the balance pipe of the original design, control the relatively high stripping steam flow rate, make the residence time of stripping oil and gas less than 15 s, and ensure that there is no coking at the wing valve of the top cyclone separator of the settler, so as to make the blanking of the leg smooth; Avoid the processing feedstock containing more polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as coking wax oil, which are prone to condensation and coking; The atomization steam of feedstock shall not be lower than the design value of the nozzle to ensure the atomization effect of the nozzle, meanwhile, the temperature of regenerator shall not be less than 680 ℃ to make the high boiling point components in the feedstock can be instant gasification; Increase the catalyst to oil ratio to contact the feedstock atomization droplet with more regenerators, and reduce the formation of coking precursors in thermal cracking reaction.
