石油化工项目中烟气排放连续监测系统的设计

Design of continuous emission monitoring system in petrochemical project

摘要:

为了满足环境保护主管部门对重点污染源开展自动监控的要求,结合石油化工项目的工程设计实例,分析了烟气排放连续监测系统(CEMS)的组成、分析仪表的选型、烟气参数的测量、采样点和采样平台的布置以及系统的安全性等内容,提出了CEMS设计的推荐方案。对湿烟气中粉尘的监测推荐采用直接抽取法+光散射法,对湿烟气中SO2和NOx的检测推荐采用完全抽取法+紫外吸收法,对于超低排放浓度的环境,推荐采用稀释抽取法+紫外荧光法(SO2)和化学发光法(NOx)。采样孔的设置执行“前4D后2D”的原则,沿气流方向依次布置气态污染物CEMS采样孔、参比采样孔、烟气参数测量孔和烟尘测量孔,利用一层采样平台进行监测和维护,以降低工程投资。

Abstract:

In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection department for automatic monitoring of major pollution sources, combined with the example of petrochemical engineering design, this paper analyzes the composition of CEMS(continuous emission monitoring system), the selection of analytical instruments, the measurement of flue gas parameters, the layout of sampling points and sampling platform, safety of the system, and puts forward the recommended scheme of CEMS. The direct extraction method + light scattering method is recommended for particulate matter monitoring in wet flue gas, and the complete extraction method + UV absorption method is recommended for the detection of SO2 and NOx in wet flue gas, for the ultra-low emission concentration pollutant, dilution extraction method + ultraviolet fluorescence method(SO2) and chemiluminescence method(NOx) are recommended. The arrangement of sampling points shall follow the principle of “front 4D, rear 2D”. CEMS sampling holes, reference sampling holes, flue gas parameter measurement holes and flue gas measurement holes of gaseous pollutants shall be arranged successively along the direction of air flow, and the first floor sampling platform shall be used for monitoring and maintenance to reduce the project investment.
