炼化企业660V配电系统若干问题分析

摘要:

从技术及经济角度,对炼化企业采用交流660 V系统的可行性进行分析。阐述了采用660 V系统在输电能力、电能损耗、配电设施选择上的技术优势;基于国内对660 V系统接地制式的论述,提出了炼化企业宜采用的系统接地制式;结合现阶段国际铜价高对低压动力电缆价格的影响,以及炼化企业基于绿色节能而选用一级能效低压电动机的需要,对比及归纳出采用380 V系统与660 V系统在经济上的优劣。

Abstract:

The feasibility of adopting AC 660 V system in refining and chemical enterprises is analyzed from the perspective of technology and economy. The technical advantages of 660 V system in transmission capacity, power loss and selection of distribution facilities are described; Based on the discussion of 660 V system grounding system commonly used in domestic, the system grounding system suitable for refining and chemical enterprises is put forward; Combined with the impact of the current high international copper price on the price of low-voltage power cables, and the needs of refining and chemical enterprises to select first-class energy-efficient low-voltage motors based on green energy conservation, the economic advantages and disadvantages of adopting 380 V system and 660 V system are compared and summarized.
