大功率水电解制氢电源分析与选型

摘要:

石化企业不断开展大规模绿氢项目建设,电源是制氢系统的重要设备。大规模制氢电源整流器会产生谐波,谐波的处理方式决定了制氢电源的构成,进而影响电源设备选型。文中推导了三相桥式整流器谐波与基波幅值关系,分析了交流电抗对谐波含量的影响以及12,18,24脉波整流电源谐波消去原理,移相变压器构成方式和高次谐波残流原因。多脉波整流器增加了移相变压器和整流桥,可降低谐波含量,变压器绕制精度会影响谐波处理效果。对某在建项目选型方案进行了仿真计算,与6脉波整流器的电流谐波畸变率相比,12脉波整流器降低了约55%,24脉波整流器降低了约80%。综合考虑,12脉波整流器电源方案的谐波含量低,整流变压器产品成熟,最终采纳该方案。

Abstract:

Petrochemical enterprises have continuously carried out large-scale green hydrogen project construction. Power supply is an important equipment of hydrogen production system. The rectifier of large-scale hydrogen production power supply produces harmonics. The treatment method of harmonics determines the composition of hydrogen production power supply, and then affects the selection of power supply equipment. In this paper, the relationship between harmonic and fundamental wave amplitude of three-phase bridge rectifier is derived, the influence of AC reactance on harmonic content, the principle of harmonic eliminationof 12, 18, 24 pulse rectifier power supply, the composition of phase-shifting transformer and the causes of high harmonic residual current are analyzed. The addition of phase-shifting transformer and rectifier bridge in multi pulse rectifier can reduce the harmonic content, and the winding accuracy of transformer affects the harmonic treatment effect. The model selection scheme of a project under construction is simulated and calculated. The harmonic distortion rate shows that compared with 6 pulse wave, the current harmonic of 12 pulse wave is reduced by about 55% and that of 24 pulse wave is reduced by about 80%. Comprehensively considered, the 12 pulse rectifier power supply scheme has low harmonic content and mature rectifier transformer products, so it is the adopted scheme.
